I believe a woman can build a professional career while running and growing a business of her own. Not one at the expense of the other, but both, with focus, grace and intention.

Ventinove Royalty is a feminine fashion and lifestyle brand by Sophia Affairs. We design silk loungewear for women who want to feel comfortable, confident and effortlessly elegant.
We keep things simple on purpose: quality silk, clean lines and soft colours in black, lilac, peach and our signature leopard print. Nothing loud. Everything considered.
Based in Lagos, we deliver across Nigeria, and every order arrives in our signature pink gift bag.

Customer satisfaction matters to us. We want every VR woman to enjoy a seamless, delightful shopping experience. Kindly read our policies before placing an order.
Refund policy
Refunds are accepted in these cases:
- Wrong order: an item different from what you ordered is delivered.
- Wrong size: you receive a size different from the size you ordered.
- Delivery error: your item is misplaced by the delivery driver and cannot be recovered, provided the delivery was arranged by Sophia Affairs.
Refunds are not granted for a change of mind or an incorrect size selection made by the customer. All refund requests must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Exchange policy
- Exchanges are considered for eligible items where the wrong size or wrong product was delivered.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging.
- Contact us before returning any item to arrange an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Delivery policy
We offer nationwide delivery across Nigeria.
- Same-state delivery: completed on the same day, subject to order confirmation and dispatch arrangements.
- Interstate delivery: approximately 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

How do I book?
Tap Book an appointment, choose your service, date and time, and send the request to us on WhatsApp. Your appointment is confirmed once we reply.
How do I choose a lash style?
Classic is soft and natural, Hybrid is textured, Volume is fuller and Mega Volume is the most dramatic. Not sure? Message us and we will guide you.
Can I bring my own wig or hair unit?
Yes. Our revamp services are made for wigs and hair units you already own.
How do I prepare for a lash appointment?
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes.
Can I reschedule?
Of course. Message us on WhatsApp ahead of your appointment and we will find a new time.

How do I choose a size?
Pick your usual size. If you are between sizes, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you choose.
When will my order arrive?
We deliver on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We confirm your delivery fee and day after you order.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Choose walk-in pickup at checkout and visit us during shopping hours.
What if I receive the wrong item or size?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Wrong items and wrong sizes are eligible for a refund or exchange. See our policies above.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Refunds are not granted for a change of mind, so please double-check your size and colour before you order.
How do I care for silk?
Hand wash cold or use a gentle cycle in a wash bag. Dry flat in the shade.
